HTC Wildfire S

The HTC Wildfire S is lighter and fractionally smaller than the standard Wildfire. It has a high resolution screen, Android 2.3, a faster processor and connectivity has been upgraded to 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1. The optical trackpad and HTC Sense UI offer a great user experience and the 3.2 inch touchscreen quickly switched between landscape or portrait mode.The 5 megapixel camera takes very good pictures, it has auto-focus, smile detection and an LED flash. Internal memory can be expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card. Staying connected with your contacts has never been easier with the Wildfire. Texts, emails and instant messages can all be displayed in a chat-like, continuous view. The Wildfire will also stream wall updates from Facebook, Flickr and Twitter, keeping you up to date at all times. It also has GPS/A-GPS, a G-sensor and a digital compass. Downloaded apps can be shared with your contacts, which is a great idea. Built-in apps include Google Search, YouTube, Picasa, Gmail, Gtalk and Google Maps. The HTC Wildfire S is an excellent phone, it doesn't cost the Earth and it's suitable for people who've never used a smartphone as well as Android veterans who want Android 2.3 without paying too much.
